The steel industry plays a vital role in global economic development, but it is also one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions.
As the world faces the urgent need to address climate change and achieve sustainability goals, it is imperative to transform the steel industry through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts.
We believe there is a future where steelmaking is fully decarbonised. However, to achieve this, world-leading universities and industries must be brought together to help each other navigate the challenges of the carbon-neutral future of iron and steelmaking.
